Senior Vice President of Administrative Services

Debbie Polin, Senior Vice President of Administrative Services has been with Rand Financial Services, Inc. since its inception in 1993. She is responsible for oversight of all areas of human resources and office administration, including staffing, policies, payroll and benefits, telecommunications, quote services, and office facilities. Debbie holds a Series 3 registration with the firm. She has also earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resource) certification. Prior to joining Rand Financial, she was the Director of Telecommunications and Office Administration with Rand Financial’s predecessor firm, Gerald, Inc. Debbie was a founder and principal of Gerald’s broker dealer, Gerald Securities Inc where she was Series 7 and 24 registered. Debbie began her career in the futures industry in 1982 with CSA, Inc. where she worked in telecommunications, managed accounts and at the order desk.

Debbie earned her B.S. from Washington University in St. Louis, and her MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management where she graduated Cum Laude with a concentration in finance, marketing and organizational behavior.
