Richard W. Jacobson, Vice President of Clearing Services is responsible for all the components of clearing a trade, including, oversight of the back office, floor operations, data entry and the IT departments.

Mr. Jacobson brings 30 years of back office and floor experience to Rand Financial. Mr. Jacobson joined the firm in 1993 and was instrumental in establishing Rand Financial’s New York office and the firm’s 24-hour global trading desk.
